A. record Mobile digit & email id: buyer will be have to visit nearest post office for getting his/her mobile digit and email address latest in the complex . For the purpose, he/she has to make demand in writing.
B. make buyer ID: In order to permit buyer to view and carry out transactions relating to their Postal Life surety /Rural Postal Life surety policies on real time basis, making of buyer ID is a pre-requisite on the ‘buyer Portal’ across the link https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/buyer Portal/PSLogin.action PDF File. even so , ahead , make the buyer ID on the Portal, buyer will be have to ensure that his/her Mobile digit and email address are updated in the complex against the various policy. Only on updation of mobile digit and email address, buyer will be able to record on the portal by clicking on ‘Generate buyer ID’ button at the bottom left on the buyer portal page. On Clicking on ‘Generate buyer ID’ button, buyer will be taken to the portal page, where buyer has to fill some required details such as Policy digit , Sum Assured, Insured First Name, email id etc. After all the mandatory details is filled up, buyer will be click on submit button, then buyer ID will be sent to the record email id of the buyer with link for resetting the key .
