Gujarat Bike Sahay Scheme 2021.

You have launched the Gujarat Bike Sahay Yojana for the students of Gujarat and to subsidize them. The Gujarat government will be provide fortyeight thousand rupees as subsidy to each candidate so that they can buy an electric rickshaw. Proper assistance will also be given to individuals. Students will be provided Rs 12000 to get an electronic scooter. This benefit will be provided to the student who is currently studying from class 9th to class 12th. You can buy a scooter using the subsidy amount provided under the Gujarat two-wheeler scheme only. Gujarat government will provide this 10000 electrical vehicles to the students.


  Salient features of the scheme -

  • Objective of Scheme Launch - The main objective of scheme launch is to encourage the purchase of electric two-wheeler. This will help curb the growing problems of pollution.
  • Beneficiaries of the scheme - The college students from class 9 are the beneficiaries of the scheme.
  • Financial assistance for the scheme - According to the subsidy assistance under the scheme, Rs 12,000 will be given to the beneficiaries.

A total of 10 000 vehicles will be provided under the Bike Sahay Scheme 2021 and 5 000 under the three wheeler scheme. However the subsidy amount will be given only to the purchase battery powered scooters and not to any other type of this scooter.


  Benefits of Gujarat Bike Sahay Yojana

  • The state government will be provide assistance of this Rs 48,000 for the acquisition of 5,000 battery fueled ecarts for the individual and institutional recipients.
  • SJ Hyder said plans would be carried forward on the response. In addition, a sponsorship scheme of Rs 5 lakh has also been announced to set up a framework office in the state for charging a battery-fueled vehicle.
  • The full power limit in the state is 35,500 MW.
  • He said that the commitment of a permanent power source for the fully commissioned border of Gujarat is 30 percent, which is 23 percent more than the general public.

One should have a savings bank account, Aadhaar and active mobile number to join the scheme. If a person takes this scheme after 60, then they have to invest at least 20 years to get pension. 



If you have not taken any pension scheme till date and you want to take a scheme in which you want to be entitled to pension by paying less then the Central Governments Atal Pension Scheme this is right for your. Under this, upon reaching the age of 60 years, the person gets pension from Rs 1000 to Rs 5000 per month. It can be invested by a person between the ages of this 18 and 40.

To join the scheme, one must have a savings bank account, Aadhaar and an active mobile number

If a person takes this plan, they have to invest at least 20 years.

Investors can invest for a period of 6 months, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly.

Contributions will be auto debited. That is the fixed amount will be is automatically deducted from your account and credited to your pension account.

How much will be deducted depends on how much pension your need after retirement.

In this, you can claim tax benefits of up to Rs 1.5 lakh under Section 80C.

You can contribute 42 to 210 rupees per month.


For pension of Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 per month, the customer has to pay Rs 42 to Rs 210 per month. This will be happen when the plan is taken at the age of 18.

On the other hand if a customer takes the plan at the age of this 40, he will have to contribute monthly from Rs 291 to Rs 1454.

The more the subscriber contributes the more pension he will be get after retirement. However, it should not be more than Rs 5,000. That is why the contribution will be also be according to that.

The Atal Pension Yojana (APY) is for all Indian citizens between 18 and 40 years of age. To avail this scheme all have to

Any bank account holder who this is not a member of any such social security scheme can avail this scheme.

For a monthly pension of this Rs.1000 / - to Rs.3000 / -, the beneficiary will have to pay age based contribution of Rs.5 / - to Rs.2 / -.

The level of this contribution will vary with the age of the individual. A person who joins at a younger age will be contribute less and more to old age.

To encourage investment in this scheme, a new account will be deposited by the Central Government before 31-12-2017 to the account holder within a maximum limit of Rs 1000 / -. Into account.  2013-14 to 2017-20 Savings of the current Rashtriya Swavalamban Yojana will be automatically be transferred to the Atal Pension Yojana.



To take advantage of this scheme

The account holder has to fill the authorization form and submit it to his bank. In which the details of the this account number, spouse and nominee heir will have to be written. Under this a scheme, the account holder has to ensure that there is a fixed amount in his account every month. If it doesnt its time to this dump it and move on. Lending criteria for self-employment schemes:
The applicant must have a valid license in the vehicle loan scheme.

The vehicle obtained will have to be mortgaged (hypothecated) towards the corporation.


The loan will have to be repaid in equal monthly installments of five years after three months of receipt of the vehicle.

The small business will have to start within three months of getting the loan and after three months after starting the business the loan will be recovered in an equal monthly installment of five years.

For a loan amounting to a total of Rs. 7.50 lakh or less, the beneficiary will have to incur a burden on his own or relative's property worth one and a half times the loan amount.

If the total amount of the loan is more than Rs. 7.50 lakh, the total amount will have to be mortgaged in favor of oneself or any other relative's real estate corporation.


Each borrower will have to give five post dated checks signed in favor of the corporation.

All self-employment schemes will also have the following qualifications:
The applicant should be a native of Gujarat and should be of non-reserved category.


The age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 60 years.


The interest rate on the loan will be 5% per annum, simple interest and 3% for women.


The same amount will be lent per year. Simple interest will be treated accordingly.

Interest rate: The interest rate on the loan will be 5% per annum for simple interest and 4% for women.
Income Limit: The annual income limit of the family is Rs. 6.00 lakhs or less.

પ્રસ્તાવના:

માર્ચ-૨૦૨૦થી દેશમાં કોવિડ-૧૯ મહામારી ગંભીર રીતે ફેલાયેલ છે. કોરોના મહામારીના આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન રાજ્યમાં ઘણા બાળકોના માતા અને પિતા બંનેનુ અવસાન થયેલ છે. માતા પિતાના અવસાનથી અનાથ બનેલ બાળકોને આર્થિક સહાય અને અન્ય પ્રકારની યોજનાનો લાભ અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવાની બાબત સરકારશ્રીની સક્રીય વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી. પુરતી વિચારણાના અંતે કોવિડ-૧૯ મહામારીના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન આવા અનાથ બનેલ બાળકોને સહાય આપવા નીચે મુજબની યોજના અમલમાં મુકવાનું આર્થી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે.

ઠરાવ

કોવિડ-૧૯ મહામારીના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન, નીચે દર્શાવેલ પાત્રતા મુજબ, અનાથ બનેલ બાળકોના ભરણપોષણ, શિક્ષણ, આરોગ્ય અને સ્વરોજગારી માટે તાલીમ, લોન અને સહાય આપવા મુખ્યમંત્રી બાળ સેવા યોજના' નામની જુદા જુદા વિભાગોને આવરી લેતી નવી યોજના નીચેની શરતોને આધીન અમલમાં મુકવાનું આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે. પાત્રતા

(અ) ૦ થી ૧૮ વર્ષ સુધીની વય જુથના જે બાળકોના માંતા અને પિતા બંનેનું કોરોનાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન અવસાન થયુ હોય તેવા બાળકોને આ યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાને લીધા સિવાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

(બ) કોરોનાના સમયગાળા અગાઉ જે બાળકના માતા-પિતા બંનેનું અવસાન થયું હોય તે બાળકના પાલક માતા પિતા(Adoptive Parents) પણ જો આ કોરોનાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાનઅવસાન પામ્યા હોય તો તેવા ફરીથી અનાથ બનેલ બાળકને પણ આ યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાને લીધા સિવાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

(ક) જે બાળકના એક વાલી( માતા કે પિતા) કોરોનાના સમયગાળા અગાઉ અવસાન પામેલ હોય અને બીજા વાલી( માતા કે પિતા) કોરોનાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન અવસાન પામે તો તેવા કેસમાં પણ નિરાધાર થયેલ બાળકને પણ આ યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાને લીધા સિવાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે

ઉક્ત પાત્રતા મુજબ વિભાગવાર મળવાપાત્ર સહાય નીચે મુજબ રહેશે.

(અ) સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ

(૧) સહાય પેટે દર માસે બાળક દીઠ રૂ.૪,૦૦૦/- (અંકે રૂપિયા ચાર હજાર પૂરા), બાળક ૧૮ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરે ત્યા સુધી મળવાપાત્ર થશે. બાળક જે માસમાં અનાથ બનેલ હોય તે માસથી આ સહાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

(૨) ૧૮ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી પણ જે બાળકનો અભ્યાસ ચાલુ હોય તેને રાજ્ય સરકારની આફટર કેર યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદાના બાધ સિવાય ૨૧ વર્ષની ઉંમર સુધી મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

(૩) ૨૧ વર્ષ પુર્ણ કર્યા બાદ પણ જે યુવક યુવતીઓએ માન્ય અભ્યાસ ચાલુ રાખેલ હશે તો તેમને અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ થાય અથવા ૨૪ વર્ષની ઉંમર પુરી થાય- એ બેમાંથી જે વહેલુ હોય ત્યાં સુધી તેમને આફ્ટર કેર યોજના હેઠળ લાભ આપવામાં આવશે,

(૪) ઉક્ત મુદ્દા નં.-(ર) અને (૩) માટે કોઇ પણ પ્રવાહના માન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમના સર્ટીફીકેટ, ડિપ્લોમા, સ્નાતક, અનુસ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમો પાત્ર ગણવામાં આવશે.

(બ) વધુમાં સરકારમાન્ય ધોરણોથી આપવામાં આવતી કૌશલ્યવર્ધન તાલીમ (Skill Development Training) પણ પાત્ર ગણાશે.

(૫) નિરાધાર થયેલા બાળકોને શિક્ષણ માટે કેન્દ્ર / રાજ્ય સરકાર સંચાલિત કસ્તુરબા ગાંધી બાલિકા વિદ્યાલય (ફ્ક્ત કન્યાઓ માટે), નિવાસી શાળાઓ, સમરસ હોસ્ટેલો / સરકારી હોસ્ટેલોમાં, જે તે વિભાગની નિયમાનુસારની પ્રક્રિયામાં અગ્રતા આપી, પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

(૬) આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન નિરાધાર થયેલ કન્યાઓને તેમના લગ્ન માટે કુંવરબાઇનું મામેરૂ યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદાના બાધ સિવાય મળવા પાત્ર થશે. (૭) અનુસૂચિત જાતિ(SC), સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક પછાત વર્ગ(SEBC), વિચરતી/વિમુક્ત જાતિ(NT/DNT) અને આર્થિક પછાત વર્ગ(EWS)ના બાળકોને સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ અને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ(ST)ના બાળકોને આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ દ્વારા નિયત થયેલ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ જે તે વિભાગના ઠરાવો, પરિપત્રો, નિયમોને આધીન રહીને અગ્રતાના ધોરણે મંજુર કરવામાં આવશે.

(૮) સામાજિક ન્યાય અધિકારીતા વિભાગ હસ્તકના અને આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ હસ્તકના તમામ નિગમોની તમામ યોજનાઓનો લાભ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા બાળકોને આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાનમાં લીધા સિવાય અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે.

(૯) રાજ્યમાં અભ્યાસ માટેની શૈક્ષણીક લોન તેમજ વિદેશ અભ્યાસની લોન આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાનમાં લીધા સિવાય જે તે વિભાગ દ્વારા અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે.

શિક્ષણ વિભાગ

(1) અનાથ બાળકોને ઉચ્ચશિક્ષણ માટે મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના (MYSY)નો લાભ આવક મર્યાદા ધ્યાનમાં લીધા સિવાય અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે.

(ક) શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગ

(૧) ૧૪ વર્ષથી ઉપરના બાળકોને વોકેશનલ તાલીમ અને ૧૮ વર્ષથી ઉપરના બાળકોને સ્કીલ ડેવલપમેન્ટ તાલીમ અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે.

(ડ) અન્ન, નાગરીક પુરવઠા અને ગ્રાહકોની બાબતોનો વિભાગ

(૧) અનાથ બાળકોના પાલક વાર્થીઓને રાષ્ટ્રીય ખાદ્ય સુરક્ષા અધિનિયમ હેઠળ અગ્રતાના ધોરણે લાભ આપવામાં આવશે.

(ઈ) આરોગ્ય અને પરિવાર કલ્યાણ વિભાગ

(૧) અનાથ બાળકોને મુખ્યમંત્રી અમૃતમ(MA) કાર્ડ યોજનાનો લાભ આવક મર્યાદાના બાધ સિવાય અગ્રતાના ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે.

યોજનાની સામાન્ય શરતો:

(૧) “મુખ્યમંત્રી બાળ સેવા યોજના" ના અમલીકરણ માટે સામાજીક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગે નોડલ વિભાગ તરીકે કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે,

(૨) માર્ચ-૨૦૨૦થી કોરોના મહામારીના અંત સુધી આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે જે અનાથ બાળકનું કુટુંબ ગુજરાતનું મુળ વતની હોય અથવા ગુજરાતમાં છેલ્લા દસ વર્ષથી કાયમી વસવાટ કરતું હોય તેવા બાળકોને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે,

(૪) ૧૦ વર્ષથી મોટી ઉંમરના બાળકના કેસમાં, બાળકના નામનું અલગ બેંક ખાતુ ખોલાવીને તે ખાતામાં જ ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીફીટ ટ્રાંસફર(DBT)થી માસિક સહાયની રકમ જમા કરવામાં આવશે.

જ્યારે ૧૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી નાની ઉંમરના બાળકના કેસમાં, અનાથ બાળકના ઉછેરની જવાબદારી જે વ્યક્તિએ ઉપાડી હોય તે વ્યક્તિના પોતાના એકલાના નામે જ બેંક ખાતુ (Bank A/c in Single name) ખોલવીને તે ખાતામાં ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીફીટ ટ્રાંસફર(DBT)થી માસિક સહાયની રકમ જમા કરવામાં આવશે. ૧૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી નાની ઉંમરનુ બાળક જ્યારે ૧૦ વર્ષથી વધુ ઉંમરનું થાય ત્યારે તે બાળકના નામનું અલગ બેંક ખાતુ ખોલાવીને તે ખાતામાં ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીફીટ ટ્રાંસફર(DBT)થી જમા કરવામાં આવશે.

(૫) જો આ યોજના હેઠળ સહાય મેળવતું બાળક શાળાએ જવાની ઉંમર ધરાવતું હોય તો જ્યાં સુધી તેનું શાળાકીય શિક્ષણ ચાલુ હશે ત્યાં સુધી જ સહાય મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

(૬)સબંધિત જિલ્લાની Sponsorship & Foster Care Approval Committee (SFCAC)એ અરજી મળ્યા તારીખથી સાત દિવસથી અંદર અરજી મંજુર/નામંજુર કરવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાનો રહેશે.

(૭) આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે નિયત કરેલ અરજી પત્રકમાં જિલ્લા બાળ સુરક્ષા એકમને નિયત કરેલ દસ્તાવેજો સાથે ઓનલાઇન અથવા ઓફલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે

(૮) આ અંગેનો ખર્ચ રાજ્ય સરકારના સ્થાયી તેમજ વખતોવખતના લાગું પડતાં ઠરાવો/પરિપત્રો અને નિયમોને આધીન રહીને કરવાનો રહેશે

સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ હેઠળની જે તે યોજના માટેનો ખર્ચ જે તે બજેટ સદરેથી કરવાનો રહેશે જ્યારે અન્ય વિભાગો હેઠળની યોજના માટેનો ખર્ચ જે તે વિભાગના લાગુ પડતા બજેટ સદરેથી કરવાનો રહેશે આ હુકમો વિભાગની સરખા ક્રમાંકની ફાઇલ પર સરકારશ્રીની તા.૧૧-૦૬-૨૦૨૧ની નોંધથી મળેલ અનુમતિ અન્વયે બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે.

Introduction:

From the order taken in reading (1), the Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Package Insurance Scheme for Health Worker Fighting Covid-18 has been announced in which it was announced to provide insurance cover of Rs. This scheme has been implemented in the state with the resolution dated 19/06/2060 of the order (ii) taken by the state government. The term of this scheme was extended twice by the resolution of the same number dated 10/06/2040 and dated 09/11/2050 of the department, the term of which has been completed on 8/06/2021.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, a subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh is currently given to the applicant on the purchase of a new house-flat. It is now eligible for the same subsidy from the government on loans taken by the applicant for renovation of old house or for renovation of unfinished house which most of the applicants are not aware of.





In the same way that the central government provides interest subsidy on the purchase of a new house, the subsidy on this loan is also provided under the Housing for All Mission.

However for this the applicant has to submit the required proofs to the authorized bank, housing finance company or co-operative bank. Also, when the applicant takes a loan, it should be clearly stated in the application that he wants to avail the benefit of Credit Link Subsidy Scheme (CLSS). Eligibility of financial institutions as well as the applicant’s interest assistance request is verified by that bank. The National Housing Bank will then send the application to HUDCO for wages at the end of each month.

The amount of subsidy will be credited to the account of the applicant following the prescribed procedure of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The applicant will be given a voucher or certificate by the committee. The applicant has to submit this certificate in the back on the basis of which the amount of interest subsidy will be credited to the account of the applicant.


These people will not get help


The applicant should not have availed of any scheme of Government of India to avail the amount of interest subsidy on the loan. If the applicant wants to renovate his house or pave the raw house, he should not have availed of any housing scheme of the Government of India. He will be eligible for subsidy only if he has not availed such benefit.


This benefit can be availed only if any member of the applicant’s family does not own a pucca house across India but not Atelung. The persons whom the applicant includes in his family include his spouse and unmarried children.

• Start-ups registered with DPIIT under start-up India programme are encouraged to participate in this programme.
• Individual Academicians, Researchers, Educators, Entrepreneurs, partnership firms, LLPs may also participate, however, if they are selected then they will have to register as private limited company in a stipulated time (preferably within 3 months).

*At least 51% shareholding with Indian citizen or person of Indian origin.The applicant’s entity should not be a subsidiary company of any foreign corporation.

Post Office National Savings Certificate Scheme ::

Post Office National Savings Certificate (NSC) is earning 6.8% annual interest
The interest is calculated on an annual basis, but the amount of interest is paid at the end of the investment period
The amount deposited in the National Savings Certificate is tax deductible under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act.
You have to invest a minimum of Rs 100 to open an NSC account.
This account can also be opened in the name of a minor and a joint in the name of 3 adults.
You can invest any amount in NSC. There is no maximum investment limit.

A fixed deposit account can be opened at the post office by cash or check.

According to India Post, in the case of a check, the account will be deemed to have been opened from the date of receipt of the check in the government's account.


This account can also be opened in the name of a minor and as a joint account in the name of two adults.
A minimum deposit of Rs. 1,000 is required to open a Post Office FD account. It has no maximum limit.
The Post Office Time Deposit Account offers interest rates ranging from 5.5% to 6.7% for a period of 1 to 5 years.
Deposit tax will be paid at 5.5% for 1 to 3 years and 6.7% for 5 years investment.
A tax exemption of up to Rs 1.5 lakh can be availed under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act for 5 years of investment.
Under this scheme interest is paid on an annual basis, but it is calculated on a quarterly basis.

In a major initiative, Govt.. of India, under the National Solar Mission has set a target of 1,00,000 MW power generation through solar energy in the country including 40,000 MW to be contributed through solar rooftops in various sectors.


In order to achieve this magnitude of capacity, Gujarat has been given the target of 8,024 MW Capacity of Solar Energy by 2021-22, out of which 3,200 MW is to be contributed by the rooftop segment.






This Scheme shall be called “SURYA-Gujarat” (Surya Urja Rooftop Yojana-Gujarat) with the following provisions:

Target: The target for installations of solar rooftops shall be to cater to 2 lac consumers during the year 2019-20 and cumulatively 8 lac consumers by the end of the financial year 2021-22.

The system cost mentioned in the above table is inclusive of supply, installation, commissioning, comprehensive maintenance contract of 5 years of the complete solar system, bi-directional meter, and its testing charges, SMC box for the meter and the connectivity charges to be paid to the DISCOM and standard structure required to install solar PV panel on the rooftop, with minimum surface clearance of 300 mm between the terrace surface and the bottommost edge of the panel. The cost of additional height of the structure required, if any, shall be borne by the beneficiary.

The scheme will be under implementation up to 31 st March 2019

A residential consumer of any DISCOM, who is having residential property in his name,

is eligible to install a solar PV system on his rooftop from any one supplier selected by

him from the list of GEDA Empaneled Vendors. A list of these vendors is available on

GEDA web site www.geda.gujarat.gov.in

The beneficiary shall register their application through any of the GEDA registered

approved empaneled vendor only.

The solar system should be a minimum of 1 kW capacity.

This Commission is known as Gujarat State Commission for Non-Reserved Classes. The State Government strives to maintain social harmony through all-round development and works for the upliftment of Non-Reserved Classes to realize the government's approach.

Welfare Schemes for Non-Reserved Classes have been announced by the State Government under the Resolution No. of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment dated 19/6/2017: ABC / 102018/216 / A.1. Government of India as well as various departments of the State Government such as There is a need to create awareness in the society about various schemes and projects in agriculture, industry, health, education, rural development, social security and disseminate information about these schemes to the needy families. There is a need to publish the booklet that is available; the Commission officials after deliberation have come up with separate schemes for non-reserved classes as well as other schemes which are open to all classes (including non-reserved classes) Is applicable ; Decided to publish a booklet providing a glimpse of it. The details of the schemes contained in this booklet are for general information and we are confident that they will be useful to all.

The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana has just completed six years. The scheme was launched in 2014. As per the data available, 40.35 crore bank accounts have been opened under the scheme till August 19.The scheme will allow the accounts of the poor of the country to be opened in banks, post offices and national banks on zero balance.

  • The person who opened the Jan Dhan account is given a debit card as a form of which they can withdraw or even purchase money.

  • With the help of Jandhan account, it is easy to buy insurance and pension products.

  • If there is a Jandhan account, then an account can be opened for pension in schemes like PM Kisan and Shramyogi Mandhan.

  • Rupee transfer facility will be available across the country.
